3. Bookings
Bookings can be made online through the website complexe.as-df.fr/reservation, on site or by any other method offered by AS-DF Le Complexe.
Each booking is made for a specified activity, date, time and number of participants. Booked time slots must be strictly respected.
Customers undertake to provide accurate booking information, including their surname, first name, email address, telephone number, number of participants and chosen activity.
If customers or participants arrive late, the activity duration may be reduced without compensation, automatic rescheduling or refund.
AS-DF Le Complexe reserves the right to refuse a booking if requirements relating to safety, age, capacity, supervision or availability are not met.
4. Age and activity access requirements
Laser Game is available subject to the conditions stated on the website, in booking materials or on site. As a guide, it is generally offered from age 7 or a minimum height of approximately 1.20 metres, subject to approval by AS-DF Le Complexe.
Airsoft is a regulated activity restricted to adults. ID may be requested to verify participants’ ages. The protective equipment required by AS-DF Le Complexe must be worn throughout the activity.
AS-DF Le Complexe may refuse activity access to anyone who does not meet the age, safety, equipment, behaviour or health requirements necessary for the service to run properly.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros inclusive of all taxes and are available on the website, in booking materials, at reception or on request.
AS-DF Le Complexe reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the price in effect when the service is booked or ordered.
Full or partial payment may be required when booking, depending on the service, booking channel or specific applicable conditions.
Accepted payment methods are those stated on the website, in the booking system or directly on site.
6. Customer cancellations and changes
Any cancellation or change request must be made in writing to the following address: complexe@as-df.fr.
Changes to a booking, including the date, time, activity or participant count, may be requested up to 72 hours before the service, subject to availability and acceptance by AS-DF Le Complexe.
Except in duly justified cases of force majeure or where specifically agreed in writing by AS-DF Le Complexe, no cancellation will result in a refund.
As a goodwill gesture, AS-DF Le Complexe may offer rescheduling or a credit valid for six (6) months if the cancellation or change is requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date. This remains subject to prior agreement by AS-DF Le Complexe.
If the customer is absent, significantly late or participants do not attend the booked slot, the service will remain payable and no refund will be given.
7. Changes or cancellations by AS-DF Le Complexe
AS-DF Le Complexe reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel a service if it cannot be delivered under normal safety or operating conditions.
This may result in particular from a breakdown, exceptional closure, technical incident, safety issue, external event, force majeure or any other circumstance making the service impossible or dangerous.
In this case, AS-DF Le Complexe will, where possible, offer the customer a new date or a credit valid for six (6) months. No other compensation may be claimed.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for leisure services to be provided on a specified date or during a specified period.
Consequently, bookings for Laser Game, Airsoft, time slots, group packages, events, private hire or any other dated leisure service do not benefit from the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal.
For distance purchases that do not concern a dated leisure service, including certain undated gift vouchers where offered, the consumer may have fourteen (14) days from conclusion of the contract to exercise a right of withdrawal, unless an applicable legal exception applies.
Where applicable, any withdrawal request must be sent before the deadline by email to complexe@as-df.fr or by post to:

10. Cleanliness and respect for the premises
Customers and participants undertake to keep the premises clean and in good condition, including reception areas, tables, play areas, toilets and spaces made available during events.
In the event of excessive dirt, damage or clear disrespect for the premises, a flat fee of €100.00 may be charged to the customer, without prejudice to additional charges if actual cleaning, repair or replacement costs are higher.
11. Responsibility for minors
Minors participating in activities permitted for their age must be accompanied by, or under the responsibility of, an adult.

In the event of breakage, loss, theft, deliberate damage or damage caused by negligence, repair, restoration or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible customer or the participant’s legal representative.
14. Health, fitness and safety
Activities may involve movement, physical effort, lighting effects, sounds, playful stress or moving around an indoor environment.
Each participant must ensure that their health is compatible with the chosen activity. When in doubt, they should seek medical advice before taking part.
AS-DF Le Complexe reserves the right to refuse participation if a person’s behaviour, apparent condition or equipment presents a risk to themselves, other participants, staff or facilities.
15. Invitations, gift vouchers and promotional codes
Electronic invitations that may be included in some packages are generated automatically or sent according to the arrangements specified when booking. Their distribution remains the customer’s responsibility.
Gift vouchers, where offered, are valid for twelve (12) months from issue unless otherwise stated at purchase. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
Promotional codes are valid under the conditions defined when issued, including validity period, eligible activities, amount, usage limits and conditions. They cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
16. Personal data
AS-DF Le Complexe may collect and process personal data necessary for managing bookings, customer relations, payments, security, invoicing and the administrative follow-up of services.
Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable personal data protection rules, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Each customer has rights including access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability.
Personal data requests can be sent to: complexe@as-df.fr.
Customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
17. Video surveillance
For the safety of people and property, AS-DF Le Complexe premises may be under video surveillance. The areas concerned are indicated by signs on site.

Force majeure includes, without limitation: natural disasters, fires, epidemics, pandemics, administrative decisions, strikes external to the parties, power cuts, major technical impossibilities, imposed closures or any unforeseeable, unavoidable external circumstance making performance impossible.
The party invoking force majeure must inform the other party as soon as possible. Obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, without compensation on either side.
If the suspension lasts more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate the contract as of right, without compensation.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is declared void, deemed unwritten or unenforceable under a law, regulation or final decision of a competent court, the other provisions remain in full force and effect.
Where appropriate, the parties will seek to replace the invalid clause with a valid clause whose economic and legal effect is as close as possible to the original.
21. Complaints
For any complaint about a booking or service, customers can contact AS-DF Le Complexe by email at: complexe@as-df.fr.
The complaint must include the customer’s name, service date, activity, booking number if any, and the information needed for AS-DF Le Complexe to examine the request.
